If quilting is your therapy and you are interested in learning/improving your free-motion quilting skills, I hope you are planning on participating in the upcoming “How Do I Quilt It?” FMQ Challenge, with Angela Walters.
Last week I shared insights to encourage everyone to participate in a Facebook Live Chat with Angela Walters. For those that weren’t able to Angela’s chat, I want to share a few more insights and encourage everyone interested in learning/improving your free-motion quilting skills to participate in this challenge.
WHAT DO I LIKE ABOUT THIS CHALLENGE?
Angela is going to help you learn to build skills to help you figure out how to quilt your quilts? This is not just a great way to learn new FMQ designs, but how to apply them to “your” projects!
While you can learn by just following along in this challenge, the best way to learn will be to watch and stitch! And, Angela has made it easy for you to stitch and learn on a pre-printed sample quilt, or you can certainly mark a wholecloth piece of fabric, or create sample quilt sandwiches, but in all honesty, the easiest and best way is to participate by way of buying one of these exclusive quilt panels. And the price is honestly very reasonable. But if you don’t want to purchase, do consider signing up for the challenge and practicing the lessons on a wholecloth, or even a variety of your UFO’s.
Angela’s Exclusive Quilt Panel measures approx. 45” x 55”, the perfect size for free-motion quilting practice!
