Hoffman California Fabrics, Quilt Market and More #CreativeGoodness

Every year, Hoffman California Fabrics introduces new fabrics several times, throughout the year.  They also showcase designers that create new designs that showcase their fabrics.

Many of us love to create with “new” designs and fabrics, as well as find inspiration through new fabrics and designs.  Needless to say, we get excited when we learn about new fabrics, new designs, and even better, when we see these new products when we shop.

Most of us learn about new products, as they appear in our favorite quilt shops.  Some store owners and buyers are able to attend Quilt Market, where they get to learn about new products and designs during these trade shows.

There are also some very lucky people that get to attend tours of Hoffman California Fabrics, where they can see the latest fabrics, complete fabric lines, learn about how designs are created and the process for making fabrics. Tours can typically be scheduled for groups of 20+, when a group coordinator can schedule such a tour with Hoffman. Attendees of the annual Road to California Quilt Conference and Show can also sign up for a bus tour that takes them on an amazing tour of Hoffman, every January.

But for those that can’t attend such a tour, I thought you may enjoy this video created by Hoffman that shares insights about these tours:

For those that will be attending Spring Quilt Market (May 15-17), I hope you’ll visit the Hoffman booth #1632.  You’ll get an opportunity to see many new lines of fabrics, as well as some special kits and fabric bundles that they’ve created, all of which I think will be very popular with quilters.

I wish I could share insights with you on all of these new products, but I’ve promised to not share too early.  All I can say is that they are wonderful.  And, I want to encourage my followers to let their favorite quilt shop know that they really need to visit the Hoffman booth at Spring Market. I think they’ll be thrilled with all the #CreativeGoodness that Hoffman is releasing this Spring.

I hope to share more sneak peeks with you about Spring Quilt Market, as I can. Spying is a challenging task as many “in the business” have such new items highly secured.  Rumor has it James Bond is even helping to keep these new product secured and secret till the big reveal at Market.
